As I recommended in my post the simpler the better. If you didn't set it to lock on boot you can reboot you system by holding the power button down for 10 seconds and then hit it agin to boot it then you'll need to delete the preference file to reset the app. its in your Home Folder/Preferences. Theres a lot in there so search or look for one with lockscreenapp2 in the name. After that you can reset a Passpattern and start using the app again or delete it.
