		<description>You might want to consider taking your video while still in Final Cut, and export it as a quicktime movie.  the best way to do this is to select &quot;Export Using QuickTime Conversion.&quot;  Once that box is checked, then select your destination file where you want it and click save.  It&#039;s best to save and rename your video so that it directly reflects your project files so that you know where they are.  I created a File Folder and named it &quot;iSquint Comopressed Files.&quot;  iSquint is capable of converting quicktime videos and compressing them after they have been converted from final cut, to quicktime.  just a thought and hope this helps.
